Refunds and Return Policy
Refunds
Due to the downloadable nature of digital products, once a resource is purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded. All sales of digital resources are considered final and nonrefundable once an order is submitted.
Buyers are NOT entitled to a refund if:
- The customer does not own the proper software
- The purchased product is not compatible with a user’s existing setup
- The customer doesn’t understand what they are purchasing
- The customer changes their mind or no longer needs the product
Buyers are entitled to a refund if:
- A resource file is damaged or is missing content.
- A resource preview and/or description misrepresents what is actually contained in the resource.
- A resource is not accessible because the technical requirement is not included in the resource description.
If your purchase falls into one of these categories, you can submit a refund request to support@stephanieelkowitz.com. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of your purchase.
If you made a duplicate purchase, please send an email to support@stephanieelkowitz.com for assistance.
We may, in our sole discretion, modify our Refund Policy or, on a case-by-case basis, issue a refund for a reason that falls outside of our Refund Policy.
Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me. If a resource did not suit your needs like you thought it would, please send an email to support@stephanieelkowitz.com. I would be happy to provide an exchange.
Payment Plan Cancelations
A payment plan is a legal agreement and must be paid in full. A payment plan cannot be canceled for any reason.
Payments are automatically processed for the duration of the payment plan. If a monthly payment defaults, your account will be suspended and you will not have access to your purchases until the payment has been made.
