Purchase Orders

  • I accept purchase orders for my Curricula and Unit Bundles. There is a $50 minimum for purchase orders. 
  • The teacher(s) will access the product(s) purchased with an account at www.stephanieelkowitz.com.
  • Purchase orders are for non-transferrable, single user licenses. Please purchase multiple licenses if more than one teacher will use a product.

PURCHASE ORDER INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Submit a Purchase Order. Email an approved purchase order to support@stephanieelkowitz.com with the information below. Please indicate who the invoice should be sent to (ie. the person in charge of accounts payable).
    • Name of School
    • Address of School/District
    • Name and contact information of purchasing employee(s)
    • Products requested
    • Number of teachers who will need a license for each product
    • Email address of the person in charge of accounts payable 
  2. Receive an Invoice. Once I have received the approved purchase order, I will email an invoice and directions on how to pay for the product(s). 
  3. Setup Accounts. I will collect the names and email addresses of the teachers who will be using the purchased products and provide directions for how to access the products at www.stephanieelkowitz.com. If different products are purchased for different teachers, I will collect this information to make sure the correct resources appear in each teacher’s account. 
  4. Pay Your Invoice. Individuals, Schools or Districts can pay the invoice using a credit card or bank account via Stripe Invoicing or send a check payable to the remittance address below. All payments must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. You will receive an email confirmation upon payment. 
  5. Access Your Purchase. The purchased products will be accessible once the invoice is paid. Teachers to whom licenses are issued will access their products in individual accounts at www.stephanieelkowitz.com. 
 
ADDITIONAL NOTES
  • If a sole source letter or W9 is required, please email support@stephanieelkowitz.com.
  • I sell single-user, nontransferable licenses. Each license is for one teacher and cannot be transferred to another teacher at any time. When completing a purchase order, the license will belong to the user of the product, which may not necessarily be the entity that pays for the resource (ie. the school or district).   • I offer a discount of 10% or more when purchasing multiple licenses of the same resource (tiered discounting). I will apply the discount to your invoice. Feel free to email me for a quote before submitting your purchase order.
