Duration of Payment Plan
Payment plans are twelve months in length as set forth by the terms of your plan. The first installment (the down payment) is withdrawn upon your initial purchase. Equal payments of the remaining balance are due on the same day of each month until the balance is paid in full. These payments are automatically withdrawn from your chosen payment method each month. No action is required to initiate these.
Installments are withdrawn every month. For example, if the first payment is submitted on September 3rd, the next payments will be charged on the same day due of the duration of the plan.
Changing the Payment Date
You may request a change to the recurring monthly payment date once during your payment plan. Please contact Stephanie Elkowitz at support@stephanieelkowitz.com to change the payment due date. This MUST be done at least 72 hours BEFORE the next payment is due. Once the date is changed, all subsequent payments will be set at the new date. Payment dates cannot be changed after a payment attempt has been made.
Paying your Balance in Full
You may pay your balance in full at any time in your Partial.ly account. Go to Details > Schedule. Choose “Pay another amount now.”
If you need further assistance, please contact Stephanie Elkowitz at support@stephanieelkowitz.com.
Unsuccessful (Failed) Payments
If a payment fails, you will be notified by email. A rescheduled payment date will be set for two days later. Partial.ly will make three attempts to process your installment with your payment method, two days between each attempt.
You can manually make the payment before the rescheduled date. You can change your payment method by logging in to your account at https://partial.ly/login to prevent your payment plan from defaulting.
To prevent payment failure, you can set a backup payment method in your Partial.ly account when setting up your payment plan.
There are no fees or interest penalties imposed by Stephanie Elkowitz, LLC for late payments.
Payment failure is done by the bank or credit card company. Stephanie Elkowitz, LLC does not have access to your banking information and is unable to see why the payment was declined. This is an automated system between your account and your chosen payment method. Please contact your bank or credit card company for more information.
