  • Uploading to websites or learning management systems that can be accessed by anyone in the general public.

If a department or group of teachers wants to use a resource, unit or curriculum, email me at support@stephanieelkowitz.com. I would be happy to provide your team with a discount code.

No. An Individual License is a license assigned to a single specific individual user for that user’s lifetime. Individual Licenses are non-transferable and may not be used by or reallocated to a different user for any reason.

You are granted a single user, non-transferrable license with each resource purchased from my store. The license grants your lifetime access and unlimited downloads from your account at www.stephanieelkowitz.com.

It is against my terms of use to share your account information so to share resources you purchased from my store. If abnormal download activity is detected on your account, access to the shared resource(s) may be revoked or your account may be suspended.

There is no limit to what you print and copy from the resource you purchase. Anything you print or copy must be within the terms of the licensing policy. Copies may be made and provided to your students, classroom aides, and substitute teachers as necessary. Copies may also be made for students’ parents, classroom observers, supervisors, or school administrators for review purposes only.

You cannot print and copy materials for your department or colleagues.

You cannot print, copy and sell my resources as “used” resources if you are no longer using them.

Failure to adhere to the Licensing Policy can result in suspension or closure of your account. If your account is closed, you will no longer have access to your Account information and past purchases.
